Staff from Andover MIND visited the station on Friday February 27 to present a Dementia Friendly sticker which will be proudly displayed on the front door of the station.
Officers and staff were thanked for helping members of the community with dementia who might visit the station.
Staff from Andover MIND have also recently provided training to officers and staff to help them recognise and deal with those suffering from dementia.
Chief Inspector Kory Thorne, commander of policing in Test Valley, said: "I am pleased that Andover MIND has recognised Andover police station as being dementia friendly.
"Our police stations should be accessible to all members of the community and this shows our commitment to building trust and confidence with our local communities."
